Account & Data Deletion


At ARCH Publications, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. You can request to delete your entire account or specific data at any time.


Request Account Deletion


To request that your ARCH account and all associated data be permanently deleted, please email us directly with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the following information:

  • Your registered email address
  • Your user ID (if available)
  • A clear statement requesting account deletion
  • Any additional information that may help us verify your identity

Send your request to contact@archepub.com. Once we receive and verify your request, you will receive a confirmation email once the deletion process is completed.


Request Data Deletion (Without Deleting Account)


You can also request to delete specific types of data without deleting your entire account. Send an email to contact@archepub.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and specify which data types you want deleted:

  • Profile details
  • Book purchase logs
  • Bookmark and reading progress data
  • Payment transaction records
  • App settings and preferences

You will receive a confirmation email once the selected data has been cleared.


What Data is Deleted


When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • Account credentials and authentication data
  • Profile details (email, password hash)
  • Reading progress, highlights, and bookmarks
  • In-app activity logs and search histories
  • Local download allocations

What Data is Retained


Certain data may be retained for legal, regulatory, or business purposes:

  • Financial records: Transaction records required for tax and accounting purposes (retained as required by local tax law)
  • Legal compliance: Data required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements

Data Retention Period


After you submit a deletion request:

  • Immediate: Your account will be deactivated and you will no longer be able to log in
  • Within 30 days: All personal reading history and log database entries will be removed from active systems
  • Backup systems: Data may remain in encrypted backups for up to 90 days before being permanently purged

Once your data is permanently deleted, it cannot be recovered. Please ensure you have backed up any study records or notes before submitting deletion requests.
